Availability and purchases
This website provides product information and does not accept orders or payments. When available, Momenter and its in-app purchases are obtained through Apple’s App Store, which shows availability, compatibility and the applicable price before confirmation.
All photos playback is free. An optional 14-day trial gives access to playing Favourites and chosen albums. The trial starts when you activate it and does not automatically convert to a paid purchase. Complete Unlock is a separate one-time in-app purchase, with the local price shown before you decide. There is no subscription.
Find purchase restoration and refund information on our support page. Nothing on this website limits mandatory consumer rights.
App licence
Apple’s standard End User Licence Agreement applies to Momenter unless a different licence is expressly shown with its App Store listing. This website does not replace that agreement or Apple’s applicable purchase terms.
Alternative dispute resolution
Consumers may seek an alternative resolution of a dispute through Romania’s National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC). Information and requests are available through the Soluționarea Alternativă a Litigiilor (SAL) platform. This information does not restrict your right to seek a remedy through the courts.
